This purpose built, urban format, courier facility. The courier facility replaced the previous facility located at 215 Lake Shore Boulevard at Lake Shore and Sherbourne. Within the new state-of-the-art facility, there was a careful balance reached between trying to respond to the urban context, including a strong public interface, and a secured space. The FedEx facility has transformed an important corner in the emerging Turning Basin District in the Port Lands.
