Located in the McCleary District of Toronto’s Port Lands, 115 Saulter Street South is a proposed mixed-use development that will help transform one of the city’s most underutilized waterfront areas. The proposal envisions two residential towers rising 47 and 53 storeys above 5- and 6-storey podiums. Together, the towers will deliver 1,048 residential units alongside 1,489 square metres of ground-floor retail and 4,634 square metres of Production, Interactive, and Creative (PIC) space. Bounded by four streets and well-positioned for future transit investment, the site is set to become a dynamic hub of residential, cultural, and commercial activity in the east end.
