Creative city building requires an eclectic group of stakeholders to leverage artists and youth in transforming communities. We are honoured to have been joined by Mayor Jeff Jordan, Councillor Jennifer Korstanje, mural artist Patrick Nunziata, elf, and paw patrol to cut the ribbon on Balsam Christmas Market in Downtown Grimsby.
